The commentary by Dr. Philip R. Muskin, M.D. incorrectly begins on page 211. Dr. Muskin should have been acknowledged as the guest editor for the "A Day in the Life of an Academic Psychiatrist" series and his commentary should have been the first article in the sequence, introducing the other articles. We regret this error.
