A note says, "Yesterday I respected myself for the first time.

I walked in the snow and felt the fresh air in my lungs,

I can breathe again, because you allowed me to speak…"

It gives me pause, and a reason to continue doing what I do.

Learning that sometimes we truly make a difference.
