Fifty-two residents (55.9%) filled out satisfaction feedback sheets, which asked them to rank their satisfaction from 1 (lowest) to 5. Average overall satisfaction with the workshop was graded at 4.38. Relevance to everyday practice, interest in the topics, improvement in the ability to analyze a clinical problem, and satisfaction with tutors' group organization all received scores above 4/5 (4.37, 4.60, 4.08, and 4.17, respectively). Ratings of improvement in research abilities, in phrasing, in teamwork, and in tutors' assistance closely followed (3.48, 3.73, 3.77, and 3.90, respectively). Twenty-nine residents further noted they would be happy to join a similar course in the future.
